2. Use of service

SavedMetrics is provided for lawful business analytics use. You agree not to misuse the software, reverse engineer protected components in violation of law, or use the service in ways that cause harm to infrastructure or other users.

3. Beta status

Beta releases are experimental and may change, include bugs, or become unavailable. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

4. Intellectual property

SavedMetrics software, branding, and site content are owned by SavedMetrics, except third-party components under their own licenses.

5. Third-party platforms

SavedMetrics may interact with third-party services (for example Amazon APIs) where available. You remain responsible for compliance with those platform terms.

6. Warranty disclaimer

The software is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SavedMetrics will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

8. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for abuse, misuse, or legal/operational reasons.

9. Changes

Terms may be updated. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
